Oligospermia is the condition of male infertility with the low sperm count. In this condition fewer sperm cells are observed in the ejaculation than the normal in semen analysis. In this condition, less than 20 million spermatozoa per ml of ejaculate are noticed.

Diagnosis

Actual diagnostic test include the semen analysis that examines ejaculate for the amount and quality of sperms. Even the lab tests can also be there for checking any infection if the problem is sexually transmitted so that type of infecting organism can be detected. Treatment
