The menstrual cycle of the woman is usually 28 days long. But anything from 28 days to 33 days is considered normal. 2. Painful or heavy periods
Some cramping is normal during periods but if the woman experiences so much pain that it interferes with the daily activities of her life, it may point at something more serious. Endometriosis may be the root cause in such cases.
3. Absence of periods
The periods must follow a regular monthly pattern. If you have missed 2-3 periods without a pregnancy, you need to get it checked.

If the man has problems in sustaining his erection, then it might be due to low hormonal levels which could lead to infertility.
