These vitamins can be found in leafy vegetables, tomatoes, broccoli, and citrus fruits. Also, men should not smoke. This is because it increases the risk of lung cancer and asthma. Sperm formation is also affected by taking marijuana and anabolic steroids.

Some studies have shown that by wearing tight underwear the temperature around the scrotum is increased which decreases sperm quality. The sperm reaches the fallopian tube within 5 minutes once it is ejaculated in the vagina. The use of lubricants should be avoided as they decrease the survival rate of sperm and also makes it move slow.
